Despatch and Delivery Information
Oopsitsgone.com delivery prices are only to addresses within mainland UK excluding the Highlands and Islands.
This does not mean that we will not ship to other destinations, only that delivery prices are available on application.
All items sold will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving order (with the exception of weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery will be either via Royal Mail 1st Class or one of our couriers, UPS, TNT. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Deliveries sent via our couriers will require a signature. Please can you be sure that someone is available between 8am and 6pm at your nominated delivery address. You may find it best to send it to your place of work, a neighbour, or even perhaps granny’s.
They take between 2 and 3 working days to be delivered from despatch date.
To see your delivery charge, just look in your shopping chart, on the left of your screen, once you have added the product.
Oops I Need to Return It!!!
Its Simple really, email us with all the details of the return and we will give you your own unique Returns Authority Number (RAN) and we will see what can be done from there.
If the item was faulty on arrival; or we sent you the wrong item, then we will pay for collection and delivery of the replacement item, or give you a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
If however the item was not what you wanted then the cost of retuning the item is yours, but we can offer you our discounted rates with one of our couriers. You must notify us of the problem within 14 days of you taking delivery of the item.The item must also be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, unused and all their original labels etc still attached.
If the item was damaged at a later date, then still contact us. We will see what we can do to help. Remembering that we have good contacts with all our suppliers, and therefore have a good chance of getting the information needed to resolve the problem.
