Our "cuddly animals" range is made up of very special, hand-made, environmentally friendly toys. A pet to cuddle, a cushion, and
a hot-water bottle all in one.

These cuddly animals are great for snuggling up to and stroking.
They are a faithful companion as a child drifts off to sleep.
Sustainably-produced cotton makes them soft and nice to touch.

The animals contain a removable cotton cushion stuffed with either organically-grown spelt husks in the case of the larger ones or cherry
pips in the case of the smaller ones. Spelt husks and cherry pips
can easily be heated in the oven, making the animal warm and
lovely to hug. Cherry pips can also be chilled.
The beautiful design is easy on the eye, fitting in to any home interior.

Obersinn lies in an idyllic valley, surrounded by green hills in Germany.
This is where SENGER's toy animals start life, lovingly made by hand
and then sent out on their long journey.

We, Volker and Sabine Senger, had a good feeling way back in 1985
when we created the first mouse family. The basic concept is a robustly-designed toy made to a high standard of finishing from natural materials, designed to last a long time. A friend for life!

Success came very soon. The mouse became the icon of SENGER's toy animals.

We draw our inspiration for the individual design of our toys from the vital force of nature. We strip down the complexity of natural creatures to their typical features, combining harmony, ease of handling, and humour.

We want our toy animals to create a bond with the child, so that they
can take on the role of a trusted companion, offering security and
helping development. We are delighted to know that children become
more creative through play with a small number of carefully selected toys.

We are also pleased that our animals can put a smile on the face of many adults, spiriting them back into childhood.
